1.On Substation SE1, right-click Breaker 52-03, which belongs to Bay1, and select the Add - Protections option.

2.Right-click the Protections folder and select the Insert - Protection option.

3.Rename this Protection to "79" and select its type as *AutoReclosing.

4.The electrical phase in which this Protection is inserted can be defined in the ElectricalPhase property. Change this property to 8 - epDevice.

5.Notice that, when inserting a Protection, Elipse Power automatically creates two Discrete Measurements, ProtectionMode and ProtectionOperation. Delete the SCADA item of all these Measurements, thus leaving their active source as Operator.

6.Configure the value of the Operator source of Measurement ProtectionMode as 1 (one).
