A Power Configuration object is essential for a correct behavior of applications created in Elipse Power. In addition to Electrical Modeling and data import resources, this object also concentrates a set of configurations referring to the standardization of types of Measurements, types of Commands, voltage levels, Display colors, and Switch or Breaker colors.

Creating standards allows a significant reduction in engineering time, making it easy to develop new applications and to expand and maintain existing applications.

In the next development phase of this application, users must define all Measurements to use. The available types of Measurements are Analog and Discrete.
