This property defines the minimum value reached by an OPC UA Block Element on a device. This property is used to perform a scale adjustment on a value coming from a device before setting it to the Value property. Likewise, at the moment of the writing an inverse operation is executed before sending a value to the Driver. This conversion only occurs when the EnableScaling property is set to True. Default value of this property is 0 (zero).
