Connect(Id1, Id2, [Side1], [Side2], [Type])

Creates and returns a connection of a type indicated by the Type parameter between the elements indicated by the Id1 and Id2 parameters, using the Terminals specified by the Side1 and Side2 parameters, if applicable. For BusBar-type devices, the value of the Side1 and Side2 parameters must be a number between 0.0 and 1.0. For devices with terminals, the value of the Side1 and Side2 parameters must be the terminal number (1, 2, or 3). For devices without terminals, the Side1 and Side2 parameters are ignored. The Type parameter is optional and, if omitted, assumes a "Jumper" String.
