This property allows an I/O Driver to convert a value received as Null to Empty in cases where that I/O Driver does not accept null values. Both value's quality and timestamp are propagated unchanged, except on cases where the value received as Null contains a good quality. In these situations, this value is converted to Empty and its quality is changed to 0 (zero, bad quality). Default value of this property is False.
