If this property is set to True, every time the value in the Value property changes, the bits referring to Bit00 to Bit31 properties are updated. Also, updates the value of the Value property every time any Bit00 to Bit31 properties change their values and then sent to a device if I/O Block's AllowWrite property is set to True. Otherwise, bits do not suffer or lead to any modification. This property can be updated once communication starts. Default value of this property is False.
