Enables a check on all Alarms inside an Area. After enabling that check (True), if the value of the ActiveAlarms property is greater than 0 (zero), the server then checks for active Alarms, as well as non-acknowledged ones, listing these last ones in the ActiveNACKAlarms property. This property is useful to avoid a cascade effect on some applications, where the occurrence of an Event triggers a large number of related Alarms.
