This file must contain a list of points for each Breaker or Recloser modeled on a Substation. This file must have the same name of the Substation. Fields defined in this file are the exact same ones defined for device models of distribution, but with the following columns added:

•Container: It must be filled with the name of the Substation on the model file in EDB format

•Device: It must be filled with the name of the device to which the point belongs

•N/A (old DNP3 Address #2, deprecated): It must be filled with the number of the DNP3 address of another point complementing the meaning of a Measurement. Used for digital points that indicate the status of a device or double point

•N/A old DNP3 Address #3, deprecated: Used only for command-type DNP3 points. It must be filled with the DNP3 address of a command point
