Based on the electrical model created using Elipse Power Electrical Modeler and on Measurements and Commands of tele-controlled devices, the Self-Healing Module constantly monitors the system loading and permanent triggering of protection devices and then checks the actions that must be taken to minimize a de-energized load and reestablish priority loads. When detecting a violation of current's operational limit, a protection trigger, or a bar's de-energizing, the Self-Healing Module calculates which devices must be operated and starts the process of sending commands to breakers, reclosers, and tele-controlled switches.
