1.Right-click the Server Objects - Power - Configuration - Power Configuration item, select the Discrete tab and create a Measurement type named "LockOut". On this Measurement, add two Meanings, "Normal" and "Blocked".

2.On the Substation1.D1.Measurements folder, add a Discrete Measurement of type LockOut.

3.Add a Calculated source on SelfHealingRestorationTrigger Measurement of the Substation1.D1 object and configure it so that its return be equal to 1 (one) only when the device is open and LockOut is blocked. Change the ActiveSource property to Calculated.
