1.Select the Discrete tab of the Power Configuration object on the Server Objects - Power - Configuration item and create a Measurement type called "ProtectionGroup". On this Measurement, instantiate two Meanings, "Group1" and "Group2".

2.Create another Measurement type called "LocalRemote" on the same tab. On this Measurement, instantiate two Meanings, "Local" and "Remote".

3.Select the Commands tab of the Power Configuration object on the Server Objects - Power - Configuration item and create a Discrete Command of type ProtectionGroup. On this Command, instantiate two Command Units called "Group1" and "Group2", with the values of the Operate Value column equal to 0 (zero) and 1 (one), respectively.

4.Select the Substation1.D1.Measurements folder and instantiate a Discrete Measurement of type ProtectionGroup and a Discrete Measurement of type LocalRemote.

5.Select the Substation1.D1.Commands folder, instantiate a Discrete Command of type ProtectionGroup, and insert two Command Units called "Group1" and "Group2". On these Units, configure the CommandName property to Group1 and Group2, respectively. Point the OperateWriteTag properties of each one of these Units to Substation1.D1.Measurements.ProtectionGroup.Operator.
