The PercentDeadBand property determines the minimum variation of an I/O Tag's value or dead band, so that this value can be updated on Elipse Power. This value is specified as a percentage of the difference between DeviceHigh and DeviceLow properties. This property is only used if I/O Tag's EnableDeadBand property is set to True. If I/O Tag's PercentDeadBand property is set to 0 (zero), the I/O Tag has no dead band, and any variation in its value is sent to Elipse Power. Otherwise, Elipse Power only receives a new value whose difference, relative to Elipse Power's current value, is larger than dead band. Default value of this property is 0 (zero).
