The Bit00 to Bit31 properties all represent the 32 bits in an I/O Block Element's Value property, where Bit00 is the least significant bit and Bit31 is the most significant bit. By modifying each one of these bits, users modify I/O Block Element's Value property, and vice versa, but this only happens when the UseBitFields property is set to True. Default value of these properties is False.
