On Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, follow these procedures:

1.On the Initial screen, open the Apps - Windows System - Control Panel - Administrative Tools item.

2.Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager item.

3.Select the Default Web Site item on the Connections panel and select the Default Document option on the central frame.

4.Click Open Feature and Add on the Actions panel, type "e3web.asp" in the Name field, and click OK.

5.After these procedures, the client computer can access the web server using Internet Explorer.
