On Windows 10, follow these procedures:

1.Right-click the Start menu.

2.Click Control Panel.

3.Click Administrative Tools.

4.Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager item.

5.Select the Default Web Site item on the Connections panel and select the Default Document option on the central frame.

6.Click Open Feature and Add on the Actions panel, type "e3web.asp" in the Name field, and click OK.

7.After these procedures, the client computer can access the web server using Internet Explorer.
