1.Insert a new Area named "Temperature".

2.In this Temperature Area, insert a Dead-band Alarm named "Tank1".

3.Link this Alarm to Tag Temp1 on Data folder.

4.Open the Properties Window of this Alarm and select the Dead Band tab.

5.Select the Enable option and configure the following properties:

•Setpoint: 50

•Value: 10

•Message text: Temperature 1 outside the recommended range

•Return message: Temperature 1 normalized

6.Copy Alarm Tank1 to create Alarm Tank2.

7.Link Alarm Tank2 to Tag Temp2 and change Alarm messages.
