OPC Block Element

An OPC Block Element allows reading or writing one of the Elements of an OPC Block where it is inserted.

An OPC Block reads a data table, and this object is always linked to a position defined by its Index property. For example, an OPC Block Element with an Index equal to five and inserted into an OPC Block with a size of 10, whose data is read as on the following table would have its Value property equal to three.

To use this resource, follow this procedure:

1.Right-click an OPC Block and select the Insert - OPC Block Element option.

Some OPC Block Element properties can be configured using Properties List, without creating scripts for this. To configure any property, locate it on Properties List and perform the necessary adjustments.
