Read-Only

This Tag reads data from the object specified in the B1 parameter. Reading this object returns the content of a file stored in memory. Values are returned as an array of bytes, in which each byte is returned in a specific Block Element. The Size property of this Tag must be defined according to the value returned by the File Transfer Length object.

This object rarely needs to be read directly by an application, and it is used automatically by the automatic file scanning. For more information, please check topic Automatic File Reading.
