How to Configure a Device from A Series Using an AJ71UC24 Adapter |
Before establishing communication, users must configure dip-switches and the Mode Setting switch according to the adapter to use, RS-232 or RS-485. For RS-232 connectors, the Mode Setting switch must be set to 1 (one, Protocol 1). For RS-485 connectors, the Mode Setting switch must be set to 5 (five, Protocol 1 for RS-485). Dip-switches must be configured according to the next tables.
