Normalized Analog Measurement (MEn)

A Normalized Analog Measurement is an object that stores a floating-point value in the range between -1.0 and 1.0. Corresponds to ASDUs 9: M_ME_NA_1 without timestamp, 10: M_ME_TA_1 with 24-bit timestamp, and 34: M_ME_TD_1 with 56-bit timestamp. The range of valid values in this Tag goes from -1.0 to 1.0 and from 2 (two) to 15. This value's precision is 16 bits, therefore not all value inside that interval can be represented with precision, that is, there may be an approximation in sent and received values. This object supports quality bits IV, NT, SB, BL, and OV.
