Other Profiles

Master by Files Profile: The driver consumes all files with the ".DAT" extension placed in a folder specified in the "Folder" property. Before processing, the files are sorted by date, and after processing they are deleted. Within each file, we expect to find the date/time and the message bytes in hexadecimal on each line.

Slave Profile: As with the Slave Ebilock profile, state and analog data must be written to their respective tags, and command tags are notified when a command is received. Use N1 parameter to identify other declared slave addresses (N1 = 0, access the main local app address).

 

Master&Slave Listen Mode: The driver will behave as a Master, but in listening mode (without sending data), only processing the TX and RX channels between another master and another slave. The driver will connect to the port specified in Main IP/Port and expects to receive on that port both the messages sent by the master (TX) and those received (RX), on the same channel. It is expected that the Double Channel property will be unchecked.

 

Slave Listen Mode: The driver will behave as a Master, but in listening mode (without sending data), only processing the RX channel of the communication between another master and another slave. The driver will connect to the port specified in Main IP/Port and expects to receive only the messages received by the Master (RX) on that port. The Double Channel property is expected to be unchecked.

 

General Tag Configuration

 

Read-Only

 

N1

BAC address. If this Driver is in Master mode, this address must be the one from the UTR. Otherwise, the address must be the one from the CCO. When leaving this parameter in 0 (zero), the values configured on this Driver's configuration window are used

N2

Data type. Possible values are 0: Analog values, 1: Digital values, 2: Mono-stable command, 3: Bi-stable command or pulse, 4: Status, or 5: Diagnostics

N3

Port address, starting at 0 (zero). For diagnostics, that is, the N2 parameter equal to 5 (five), it is not used and must be left in 0 (zero)

N4

Address of port's bit, with values between 0 (zero) and 7 (seven). For diagnostics, that is, the N2 parameter equal to 5 (five), users must inform the index of the diagnostics byte, starting at 0 (zero)

 

Write-Only

 

N1
