This table is specific to Elster manufacturer. This Tag is dimensioned as a list and contains 255 blocks with 7 (seven) Elements with the following meanings:
•Element 1: Measurement unit (please check table)
•Element 2: Net flow (bit field)
•Element 3: Billing and profile usage (bit field)
•Element 4: Harmonic (bit field)
•Element 5: Scale factor
•Element 6: Demand selection
•Element 7: Multiplier selection
