After creating an application in Elipse Water, all .lib files corresponding to WaterControls and WaterDisplay libraries are created on the same destination folder of application's Domain and project. As a default, WaterControls and WaterDisplay libraries are added to a Domain automatically during the process of creating an application.

WaterControls library contains a graphical definition of objects used in an Hydraulic Modeler. This file defines the appearance of hydraulic symbols in an operation diagram, according to the values of their respective hydraulic Measurements. All objects in this library can be customized or used as a template to create new objects.
