Defines the type of a Setpoint Command, using the name configured on the Command tab of the Water Configuration object. This property's value can be configured on the Properties List, as well as on the Type column of the Design tab of the Water Distribution Network object. This property cannot be changed while this object is active and cannot be an empty String.
