Defines the type of a Discrete Measurement, linking it to the Template configured on the Discrete tab of the Water Configuration object. This property's value can be configured in the Properties List, as well as in the Type column of the Design tab of Water Distribution Network object. This property cannot be changed while this object is active and cannot be an empty String.
