Indicates a time, in milliseconds, that an Elipse Water Viewer waits without receiving messages from a Server. If this time passes and no message is received, Elipse Water Viewer assumes that connection was lost and starts the reconnection process. This time must be greater than the time set in the HeartbeatPeriodMs property, preferably greater than the double. The default value of this property is 5000 (five seconds).
