Displays the counting of the counter, in seconds. This is a read-only property. This property gets values multiples of the value of the Increment property, except when the Enabled property is set to False. In this case, the value is the one when the Tag was disabled. When restarting the counting, the property value is the next multiple of the value of the Increment property. The maximum value of this property is 2147483647 (0x7FFFFFFF).
