To execute E3 Server or Elipse Water's programming environment, users must have a computer with the following configuration:

•A Pentium 4, Athlon 64, or later CPU

•4 GB of RAM

•Video adapter and monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels

•1 GB of hard disk free space, which does not include space for data files

•Microsoft .NET Framework 8.0

•USB port

•Network interface for use as a server or as distributed applications
