To the fullest extent permitted by law, at any time should Elipse Software, its licensees, distributors, and suppliers, including directors, employees, and agents, be responsible for any damage, included, but not limited to, special, direct, indirect, or accidental damages, expenses, loss of profit or revenue, or any other damage due to the use or the impossibility of using this Software, even if Elipse Software or its licensees, distributors, or suppliers have been warned of the possibility of such damage.
