To enable the Screen to configure Scheduling items to provide only the configuration mode of single Commands, configure the bForceSingleCommand property of the xcSchedulingGroup object on the scrScheduling Screen with the value True to create Scheduling items with a start date. If the value of this property is False, the Scheduling window allows settings for starting and ending dates and Commands.
