Solutions are groups created to organize solutions implemented over applications, which can be executed in production (real-time events) or simulated (simulated events or on-demand execution). Therefore, for a better management, Solutions are divided into the following groups:

•Simulation: Simulated events are generated and the application can be executed in different periods of time, such as executing an application for each one of the last 12 months

•Production: Events that start the execution of an application are generated in real time via an EPM Server, such as a method that executes every first day of the month at 00:01

Creating and configuring events of an EPM Server is performed, monitored, and managed from EPM Studio. Please check topic EPM Events on Elipse Plant Manager User's Manual for more information.

To view and create Solutions, click Solutions on the side menu. To create a Solution, follow these procedures:

1.Click New.

2.Type a name and a description for this Solution.

3.To edit it, click the name of this Solution.
