This property indicates a maximum difference of time, in seconds, between a trigger's timestamp and the current time of the local machine at the time the Self-Healing module receives this trigger, which allows triggering the Self-Healing module. This property cannot be changed while this object is active. Default value of this property is 0 (zero), that is, checking for this difference of time is not performed.
