Specifies a maximum time-out to establish a connection with an OPC server, including all connection steps, even steps before accessing the server itself, such as access to the OPCENUM service or to Windows Registry. This property's value cannot be negative. Configuring this property with value 0 (zero) disables this time-out, causing this limit to be the actual error's return time by the services needed to access the OPC server. Default value of this property is 10,000 (10 seconds). Applications created in previous versions, when loaded in the current version, assume the value 0 (zero) for compatibility reasons.
