OPCGetSubStatus(Quality)
Returns the Substatus information (from 0 to 15) of an OPC Quality specified by the Quality parameter. This method is available in Links, as well as in scripts. The OPC Standard specifies the following values:
•Good Quality:
•0: Non-specific
•1: Local override
•Bad Quality:
•0: Non-specific
•1: Configuration error
•2: Not connected
•3: Device failure
•4: Last known value
•5: Communication failure
•6: Out of service
•Uncertain Quality:
•0: Non-specific
•1: Last usable value
•4: Sensor not accurate
•5: EU exceeded
•6: Subnormal
