Inverts the order of the minimum and maximum values on a numerical scale. Normally, in vertical scales, the minimum value appears at the bottom and the maximum value at the top. On horizontal scales, the minimum value appears on the left and the maximum value on the right. When the Inverse property is set to True, however, this order is inverted, maximum values at the bottom or on the left and minimum values at the top or on the right.
