Unavailability after Triggering the Self-Healing Module

Whenever a device is affected by a Self-Healing Module maneuver, that device is taken to an Unavailable for the Self-Healing Module status after finishing handling the trigger that started the module. The SelfHealingFinished Measurement enters an alarm situation, so that it indicates the reason for blocking. The device returns to an available status only after an operator performs an acknowledgment.

A device is considered affected by the Self-Healing Module when it is opened or closed, or its current value was changed due to the performed maneuver, such as when receiving a new downstream load block.
