Blocked Device in a De-Energized Branch

If any device is unavailable for the Self-Healing Module on a de-energized branch, all devices connected to that branch become unavailable. On the next figure, device RL02 is on a de-energized block and with its Local/Remote Switch in Local position, which turned the device itself unavailable and neighbor devices RL01 and RL02.
