If two or more Feeders are working on a closed loop, if there is at least one device unavailable for the Self-Healing Module, all devices connected to that loop are unavailable. On the next figure, device RL02 is closing a loop between Feeders. By turning device RL01 unavailable, the devices SUB01.5201, RL01, RL02, RL03, and SUB02.5201 also become unavailable, because they are all connected to the loop.
