•Implemented an optional Alarm Area behavior for any server object. This behavior is the default for Elipse Power devices.

•Created the Discrete Alarm, which has a configurable list of subconditions.

•Created four new properties for Analog Alarm subconditions, which allow configuring separately whether a subcondition is handled as an event or not. These properties are LoLoEvent, LoEvent, HiEvent, and HiHiEvent.
