Remove(Index)

Removes the Namespace from the specified index. Notice that this implies in changing the indexes of Namespaces greater than the removed one. Users cannot remove indexes 0 (zero) and 1 (one). The Index parameter is a value (LONG) identifying the Namespace to remove from the Collection, ranging between 2 (two) and Count minus 1 (one).
