Controls Screen's drawing quality. Possible values for this property are the following:

•0 - rqDefault: Screen's drawing quality uses the value defined in Viewer's RenderQuality property. This is the default value of this property, even in applications created on version earlier than 4.0

•1 - rqNormal: Forces the normal quality mode (GDI, Graphics Device Interface) for drawing this Screen

•2 - rqHighQuality: Forces the high quality mode (GDI+) for drawing this Screen
