WriteEx([NewValue], [NewTimestamp], [NewQuality])

Allows changing the value, date and time, and quality of an Analog Measurement Source in a single operation. This method returns a Boolean indicating whether this operation was successful or not. This method is only available for the PowerAnalogOperatorSource object. The NewValue parameter specifies the new value of the Analog Measurement Source. If omitted, the Analog Measurement Source's value is not modified. The NewTimestamp parameter specifies a new date and time of the Analog Measurement Source. If omitted, uses the date and time at the moment of this method's call. The NewQuality parameter specifies a new quality for the Analog Measurement Source. If omitted, assumes a Good (192) quality.
