E3Format(Value, [Format])

Formats the expression in Value using the format specified in Format. This format uses the same definitions of the Format property of Text, Display, and SetPoint objects. If omitted, displays the expression in Value formatted according to Windows region and language settings. This method is available in Links, as well as in scripts.
