Before simulating Scenarios, the algorithm checks the balance between generation and consumption on Loads due to some factors, such as a small delay when reading measurements and dead band on analog variables. This balance may not occur, and in these situations the Load Allocator distributes this unbalanced amount among the Loads. This distribution is performed proportionally to the value of active power of each Load.
