Each Load contains a scenario folder for each one of the available Scenarios, and each one of these Scenarios contais a Measurements folder.

On this folder there is a *LoadStateOnScenario-type Measurement whose function is to inform what is going to happen with the load for this Scenario. If this load can be shed and it is going to be shed, it can be discarded but it is not going to be discarded, or it cannot be discarded.

This Measurement helps creating summary screens, where users can easily identify what happens to the system when a discard or load relief event occurs.
