This Measurement is an important input for the Self-Healing Module, as it is used to define system's topological status. However, in addition to be an input measurement, the SelfHealing source is used by this Module to request opening and closing triggers. This way, whenever the source configured in the StudyInputSource property is different from the SelfHealing source, an opening (SelfHealing source equal to zero) or closing (SelfHealing source equal to one) command must be triggered.
