Returns a Voltage Color object indicated by the Index parameter (starting with one) on the collection of Voltage Colors.
NOTE |
Unlike the default behavior of Elipse Power collections, where users can use the Item method with an object's index or name, the collection of Voltage Colors can only be accessed by index. |
