Indicates whether a window can be resized. This property is effective only if the WindowBorder property is set to True. Default value of this property is True. This is a read-write property, but changing its value at run time does not change settings for an already opened Elipse Power Viewer, only for windows opened using Elipse Power Viewer's settings.
