ChangeUserPassword(Username, PasswordOld, PasswordNew, [OpStatus])

This method allows changing a user's password without displaying any message. The Username parameter is the user's name, the PasswordOld parameter is this user's current password, and the PasswordNew parameter is the new password. The optional return parameter OpStatus is a map of bits indicating the status of this operation. This method returns a Boolean indicating whether this operation failed or not.
