RefreshUaNodeIds()

Updates all OPC UA Driver's Blocks and Tags, searching for OPC UA Node Identifiers on the server and updating the UaNodeId properties of OPC UA Block Tags and OPC UA Tags. This method returns a Boolean indicating whether this operation was successful or not.
